Dell Inspiron 13 7368 Disassembly and RAM, SSD Upgrade Options

In this guide I’ll disassemble a Dell Inspiron 13 7368, I will remove the bottom cover, optical drive, hard drive, SSD, RAM, wireless card, cooling fan, heat sink, and motherboard.

The first step is removing nine screws that securing the bottom cover to the laptop.
And then insert a guitar pick under the bottom cover. Slide the pick along the bottom cover to release the cover from the laptop.

With the bottom cover removed, you can get access to the battery, SSD, RAM, Wi-Fi card, speaker, heat sink and cooling fan module.
Please do not forget to disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.

Dell Inspiron 13 7368 has two RAM slots, and come with two 4GB DDR4 RAM, according to dell website information, the laptop supports up to 32GB RAM, so you can replace it with big capacity RAM.

Toshiba 256GB M.2 SSD, I have tested it, the write speed is only 300MB/s, the read speed is 500MB/s. If necessary, you can replace it with high-speed M.2 SSD.
