On July 27, Xiaomi launched its notebook products – Xiaomi Notebook Air 13 (equipped with discrete graphics card) price of 4999 yuan, Xiaomi Air 12 is priced at 3499 yuan.

It is using a sixth-generation Intel Core i5 processor, equipped with NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics card (1GB memory). With 8GB DDR4 memory, and 256GB PCIe SSD and support the expansion. The battery life of 9.5 hours and support fast charging, it comes with Windows 10 Home Edition (Simplified Chinese).

Remove eight screws securing the bottom case. There is one screw under the rubber foot.

Pry up and remove the bottom case.
Under the bottom case, you can get access to the battery, SSD, speaker, heat sink, cooling fan and motherboard.

Xiaomi Notebook Air 13 provide a spare M.2 slot, but the spare M.2 slot is M.2 SATA port, while the fuselage was built-in an M.2 PCIe port, perhaps also because of cost considerations, it can be understood.

The battery takes up most of the internal space. It is equipped with a 7.6V, 5107mAh/39Wh Li-polymer battery, and the battery cells come from LG.
