Remove two screws beside the lightning port.
Heat up the display assembly about 3-5 minutes.
Prying the display assembly a little bit with a suction cup and then insert a guitar pick between the display and chassis.
Slide the guitar pick by the edges to separate the display completely.
Be careful, please open the display from the right side, because the front camera cable and touch cable still connecting to the motherboard.
Remove all screws securing the metal plate that fixed the battery connector.
Disconnect the display cable and the battery connector from the motherboard.
Remove two screws securing the metal plate that fixed the front camera cable.
Disconnect the front camera cable.
Now you can remove the display assembly.
Remove two screws securing the main camera.
Remove the main camera.
Remove four screws securing the antenna connector module.
Remove the antenna connector module.
Remove the screw securing the motherboard.
Take out the SIM card tray.
Disconnect the cable from the motherboard.
Remove the motherboard.
Remove three screws securing the taptic engine module.
And then disconnect its cable.
Remove the adhesive tape that securing the battery to the back cover.
From the picture, we can see the battery capacity only 1960mAh.
Now remove the battery.
Remove four screws securing the speaker module and remove it.
Remove three screws securing the bottom cable.
There is a rubber ring on the speaker connector.
Remove the bottom cable.
There is a lighting port, a taptic engine port, two microphones and RF cable port on the bottom cable.
Remove three screws securing the volume button metal plate.
Remove two screws securing the power button metal plate.
Remove the power button cable.
Remove three screws securing the earpiece metal plate.
Remove two screws securing the earpiece.
Remove the earpiece from the display assembly.
Remove the front camera cable.
Remove four screws securing the Touch ID metal plate.
Disconnect the Touch ID cable and remove the Touch ID module.
