In the middle of June, Microsoft’s Surface Laptop has been officially on sale in China, and it is priced at CNY 7,688 (approximately $1147. The only variant is the silver Surface Laptop.
Today, Microsoft announced that the Surface Laptop’s three variants including deep Bordeaux, blue and graphite gold will officially release their Chinese variants, which will only be on pre-orders on Microsoft’s Chinese official mall. Besides, since August 7 on, consumers can pre-order the laptop on Microsoft’s Chinese official flagship shop on TMall, JD.COM and other authorized online or offline channels. The Surface Laptop’s three variants will be officially on sale on August 21, 2017.
The three launched variants are powered by Core i5 processor and come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of ROM, and they are priced at CNY 9,888 (approximately $1476). The Surface Laptop features a 13.5-inch PixelSense display with a resolution of 2256 pixels by 1504 pixels. The laptop’s thickness is 14.5mm and it weighs 1.2kg. It claims to be lighter, thinner and faster than the MacBook Air. The Surface Laptop provides USB3.0, miniDP and Surface Connect. Besides, it runs on new windows 10.
