Today, Plextor has officially launched its new-generation high-end M.2 PCIe SSD – the M9Pe, which is designed for the gamer.
The Plextor M9Pe series features PCIe Gen3X4 super high-speed transmission interface and supports NVME. The M9Pe series is equipped with Toshiba 64-layer 3D NAND flash and Marvell 88ss1093 flagship controller chip, with sequential read speed up to 3200MB/s and sequential write speed up to 2100MB/s. While the series’ random read speed up to 400,000 IOPS and random write speed up to 300,000 IOPS. There are three types of SSD including the M9PeY, the M9PeG and the M9PeGN. The M9PeY is designed with HHHL/AIC expansion card and supports RGB illumination. The M9PeG and the M9PeNG both support M.2 connector and measure 22mmx80mm. Three SSD types provide 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities. All the SSD products guarantee that MTBF is more than 1500,000 hours and provide 5-year warranty time.
The Plextor M9Pe series delivers high performance, durability, stability and reliability. At present, the Plextor M9Pe series’ price hasn’t been unveiled yet.
